Programme Works
Our programmes typically last 2-3 years, giving you the opportunity to explore different projects, teams, and sites - broadening your technical experience, leadership capability, and professional network.
You'll become an expert in your subject matter, taking on increasing responsiblity - from leading small projects to contributing to site-wide improvement initiatives.
Development
& Support
From day one, you’ll receive structured support, personalised training, and dedicated mentorship.
For our engineering graduates, we’ll guide and fund you toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, giving you a clear path to professional recognition while developing your skills in a world-class engineering environment.
For finance graduates, we’ll support you in your continued professional development and toward certification, giving you opportunities to expand your network within the group.
